(2) Put the latch return pipe in position on the forward frame.
(3) Connect the latch return pipe to the interface bracket with the nut.
(4) TORQUE the nut to between 260 and 300 lbf.in (2.93 and 3.39 m.daN).
(5) Connect the latch return pipe to the lower latch.
(6) TORQUE the coupling nut to between 130 and 150 lbf.in (1.46 and 1.69 m.daN).
(7) Connect the interface hydraulic hose to the latch return pipe.
(8) TORQUE the coupling nut to between 113 and 125 lbf.in (1.27 and 1.41 m.daN).
(9) Attach the upper half clamp to the lower hydraulic line bracket with the bolt and the washer.
(10) Attach the double flange and the upper half clamps to the double hydraulic line bracket with the bolts and the nut.
(11) Attach the upper half clamp to the middle hydraulic line bracket with the bolt and the washer.
(12) Attach the flange and the upper half clamp to the upper hydraulic line bracket with the bolts and the nuts.
(13) TORQUE all the bolts that attach the upper half clamps to between 27 and 30 lbf.in (0.30 and 0.33 m.daN).
NOTE : Apply a witness line of finish paint EA4 blue 5991 (Material
____ No. CP2245) on all nuts and connections after they are torqued.

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
