(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

A. Installation of the Blocker Door Actuation Levers
(1) Install the outer and the inner levers on the beam. R (2) Install the bolt and a new lock washer (10).
(3) TORQUE the bolt to between 70 and 80 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.90 m.daN).
(4) Bend the tab on the lock washer up against the bolthead.
(5) Install the lower or the upper blocker door (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-400-001) or (Ref. TASK 78-32-41-400-002).
(6) Attach the trigger to the beam with the screw and the nut.
(7) TORQUE the nut to between 30 and 40 lbf.in (0.33 and 0.45 m.daN).
(8) Install the blocker door deploy switch (Ref. TASK 78-31-17-400-001).
