1. Do the inspection of the electrical
 connector for:
 A. Crossed thread  No crossed thread  if there is crossed
 permitted  thread, replace the electrical harness
 (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-044) and (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-044)
 B. Nick, dent in thread  The thread must not be completely removed by the nick or dent  If the thread iscompletely removed,replace the electrical harness . (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-044) and (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-044)
 C. Broken pin  No broken pin permitted  If there is a broken pin, replace the electrical harness (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-044) and (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-044)
 D. Bent pin  No bent pin permitted  if you find a bent pin, make it straight with connector tool.

R F. Dirt No dirt permitted inside If the connector is dirty, R the connector clean it with a lint free R cloth and isopropyl
 alcohol (Material No. R CP1041) or acetone R (Material No. CP1039) or R stoddard solvent (Material R No. CP2011) or ardrox 552 R (Material No. CP2559) or R turco ind 79 (Material No. R CP2560) or mag-chem teksol R (Material No. CP2566) or R degreasol 99 R (Material R No. CP2584) or mag-chem R skysol (Material No. R CP2656) .

 C. Connect the electrical connectors. Tighten the connectors with your hand, then tighten one-eighth turn more with softnose pliers

 D. Do a visual inspection of the electrical harness as follows:

2. Do the inspection of the switch connectors for:

 A. Missing or loose hardware
4. Do the inspection of the sheath of the electrical harness for:
No damage permitted  If you find some damage, replace the electrical harness (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-000-044) and (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-044)
The blue mark of all the switch connectors must be covered by the blue mark of the electrical connector  If the blue mark of aswitch connector can beseen, tighten theconnector with thesoftnose pliers.
No missing clamps or loose hardware permitted  Replace missing hardwareor clamps. Tighten loose clamp connections (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-043) or (Ref. TASK 78-31-42-400-044)

 (2) Close the thrust reverser doors: (Ref. TASK 78-36-00-410-040). FOR 1000EM1 451AL, 452AR FOR 1000EM2 461AL, 462AR

 (3) Remove the access platform(s).
