ECP shall include a not-to-exceed (NTE) price if a firm fixed price
proposal cannot be submitted within 30 days.
ECP shall inlcude a description of the change and the specification
change language and address any impact on life cycle costs, spares,
support equipment, training, data, etc.
Government comments/approval will be provided within 30 days after
submittal of the ECP. Contract shall submit revised ECP, if required,
within 15 days after receipt of Government comments.
