10.2.3 Site layout. A site layout plan and design to include detailed placement of the shelter, foundation,
electrical distribution network, fencing and gates, and modifications to access roads and buildings/structures
at each existing site. Identify elevations, contours, drainage, etc. planned at completion of site work.
10.2.4 Foundations. A detailed foundation design, construction procedures, and list of material for each site
as required. Concrete mixtures and concrete construction details to be identified.
10.2.5 Fence work. Identify types of fence work required (e.g. extending, relocating or modification fence/gates).
Provide detailed description and procedure on how fences/gate work will be accomplished.
10.2.6 Electrical. A detailed plan and design of electrical/telephone installation requirements and a list of
electrical and telephone materials required for each site. Include underground and above ground detailed plans.
A detailed plan identifying existing site electrical wiring/conduit locations is to be included. Include detailed
plans and procedures for additions and modifications to existing grounding systems.
10.2.7 Existing shelter modifications. A detailed design, procedure, and plan of each existing building or
structure to be modified or penetrated at each site. Include interconnection/interface equipment designs,
materials, and hookup procedures.
10.2.8 Equipment storage area. A detailed plan and procedure of storage area, space, facilities, and
security required at each site for CFE storage and staging.
10.2.9 Miscellaneous services. A detailed plan and procedure identifying the movement of contractor
personnel, mail, telephone, movement of material to and from each site, and portable sanitary facilities for
contractor personnel.
