Item 12: Initial submittal no later than 14 days after meetings,
reviews, conference etc.
Item 13: Government approval/comments will be within 30 days after
receipt of initial submittal. Contractor shall submit revised minutes, if
required, within 14 days after receipt of Government comments.
The minutes shall include at least the following information:
a. Type of meeting and date.
b. Meeting purpose and objective.
c. Summary of discussion, decisions, agreements reached.
d. A list of attendees.
e. Actions items resulting from the meeting.
f. Copies of all handouts, viewgraphs, and other presentation
materials
Item 15: Reproducible distribution shall be as described in SOW
paragraph 1.3.
Minutes shall contain the following statement on the cover page:
"NOTHING CONTAINED IN THE MINUTES OR DISCUSSIONS
RESULTING FROM THE MEETING SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS A
CHANGE TO THE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS. IT IS FURTHER
UNDERSTOOD THAT IF CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT
REQUIREMENTS ARE ANTISIPATED AND/OR IDENTIFIED, THE
POTENTIAL CHANGE SHALL BE PROCESSED THROUGH
PROPER CONTRACT CHANNELS."
