A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS : DME2 (ISSUED BY : FM1):
- replace the FMGC-1 (1CA1) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the INTRG-DME, 2 (2SD2) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-51-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-51-33-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the DME OPP bus from the FMGC 1 (1CA1) to the DME interrogator 2 (2SD2) (Ref. ASM 22-86/01).
B. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS : DME2 (ISSUED BY : FM2):
- replace the FMGC-2 (1CA2) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the DME OWN bus from the FMGC 2 (1CA2) to the first terminal block (Ref. ASM 22-86/01).
C. Do the test given in Para. 3.

- wiring of the VOR OPP bus (from the FMGC 2 (1CA2) to the first terminal block)
