(b) If there is continuity:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the 28VDC and GND FAC discretes (from the FAC 1 (1CC1) to the FLT CTL/FAC 1 pushbutton switch (12CC1)), (Ref. ASM 22-65/01).
C. If the two tests do not give the maintenance message:
- replace the FAC 1 (1CC1) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-400-002).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the RELAY-FAC1 ENGAGED (11CC1).
(2) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the FAC ENGD COM and FAC ENGD MON discretes (from the FAC 1 (1CC1) to the FAC 1 ENGAGED relay (11CC1)) (Ref. ASM 22-65/01).

(1) Do the operational tests of the AFS (Ref. AMM TASK 22-96-00-710-001) and read the result for the FAC 2:
(a) with the FLT CTL/FAC 2 pushbutton switch (12CC2) released.
(b) with the FLT CTL/FAC 2 pushbutton switch (12CC2) pushed.
4. Fault Isolation

A. If only the first test gives the maintenance message AFS: FAC2/P-B SW 12CC2:
- replace the FAC-2 (1CC2), (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-400-002).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the FAC ENGD SW COM and FAC ENGD SW MON discretes (from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the FLT CTL/FAC 2 pushbutton switch (12CC2)), (Ref. ASM 22-65/01).
