R R R R 1. On the cargo door frame FR55A: - install the rigging pin 98D52307525200 into the rigging hole of the door frame and the shaft lever bolt.
2. On each frame of the cargo door:
R R R R - install the rigging pin 98D52307525100 in the rigging hole of each door frame and the bellcrank bolt.
- make sure that the rigging pins are removed.
R R 3. On the cargo door: - pull the door handle away in the UNLOCKED direction and measure the force necessary with a SPRING BALANCE 20 DAN (48 LBF).
R R - turn the latching handle up to the fully UNLOCKED position and measure the force necessary with a SPRING BALANCE 20 DAN (48 LBF).
4. On the control panel:
- set the selector to the CLOSE position and hold it.
5. On the cargo door:
R R - move the latching handle down to the LOCKED position and measure the force necessary with a SPRING BALANCE 20 DAN (48 LBF).
On the cargo door frame FR55A: :
-
the rigging pin must engage in the rigging hole of the shaft lever bolt if the upper dead center is correctly adjusted.
On each frame of the cargo door:
-
the rigging pin must engage into the rigging hole of the bellcrank bolt if the lower dead center is correctly adjusted.
-each latching unit is free andmovable.
On the cargo door:
-
the locking cams of the locking shaftrelease the latching hooks and thevent door opens.
-
the force must be less than 18 daN (40.4656 lbf).
-
the latching hooks disengage from thelatch fittings and the cargo doormoves in the open direction.
-
the force must be less than 18 daN (40.4656 lbf).
On the cargo door:
-
the cargo door actuators retract andclose the cargo door.
On the cargo door:
-
the latching hooks engage with thelatch fittings and lock the cargodoor in the closed position.
-
the force must be less than 18 daN (40.4656 lbf).

WARNING : STAY AFT OF THE CARGO DOOR WHILE YOU UNLOCK IT. THE CARGO DOOR_______ CAN OPEN SUDDENLY WHEN IT IS UNLOCKED AND CAN CAUSE INJURY.
(1) Remove the access panels 826AR, 826BR and 826CR to get access to the cargo door
R (2) Make sure that the cargo door is correctly closed and locked (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002) mechanism.
R (3) If necessary, adjust the latching mechanism (Ref. TASK 52-32-11-820-002).
R (4) Do this test:
R R NOTE : The rigging pins 98D52307525100 and 98D52307525200 are part of____ the ADJUSTMENT TOOL - CARGO DOORS (98D52307525000).
