(1) Clean the repair area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-001) and a lint-free cloth.
WARNING : USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED TOOLS FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE
_______ AIRCRAFT. DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE TAPE ON THE PROBES, DUCTS, SENSORS (STATIC, PITOT, TAT, AOA). THE SPECIFIED TOOLS :
-GIVE THE CORRECT PROTECTION TO THE AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT,
-ARE EASY TO SEE FROM THE GROUND. MAKE AN ENTRY IN THE AIRCRAFT LOG BOOK OR ATTACH A TAG ON THE CAPTAIN SIDE STICK TO TELL THE CREW THAT PROTECTION COVERS/DEVICES ARE INSTALLED.

Cover the window pane with tape 3M595, PE-Foil and Tesodur tape.

Cover the area adjacent to the damage with masking paper and masking tape.

(4) Remove the corrosion with light grit blasting equipment and aluminum oxide (80-120 microns) at a pressure of 4 bar (58.0150 psi).
NOTE : For limits refer to the related ASRM-chapter.
