A. Installation of the No Smoking/Fasten Seat Belt sign (NS/FSB)
(1) Installation of the NS/FSB with bulbs of the PSIU
(a)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(b)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector (8) as identified during the removal procedure.
(d)
Install the NS/FSB sign (7) into the related PSIU (3). NOTE : Make sure that you hear a click when the spring clips (6)

locks in position.
(e)
Install the lens (5) and make sure that the spring clips (4) locks into position with a click.
(f)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(g)
Lift the PSIU (3) and engage it in the mounting rail (2).
(h)
Install the section-hose (1) with the PULLEY ASSEMBLY - SEALING CORD to the mounting rail (2).

Installation of the NS/FSB with LED's of the PSIU
(a)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(b)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector (11) as identified during the removal procedure.
(d)
Install the NS/FSB (10) into the related PSIU (3).
(e)
Make sure that the spring clips (9) locks into position with a click.
(f)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(g)
Lift the PSIU (3) and engage it in the mounting rail (2).
(h)
Install the section-hose (1) with the PULLEY ASSEMBLY - SEALING CORD to the mounting rail (2).
(3)
Insallation of the NS/FSB with bulbs of the C/B panel 2000VU and 2001VU
(a)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(b)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector (16) as identify during the removal procedure.
(d)
Install the NS/FSB sign (15) into the related circuit breaker panel (21).
NOTE : Make sure that you hear a click , when the spring clips
____ (14) locks in position.
(e)
Install the lens (13) and make sure that the spring clips (12) locks into position with a click.
(f)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
