Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Put the cable and the electrical connector (10) through the hole of the handset cradle mounting (1).

Install the handset cradle mounting (1) with the washers (2) and the screws (3) and tighten the screws (3).

Connect the electrical connector (10).

Safety the electrical connector (10). CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE SPRING LATCHES CORRECTLY HOLD THE
_______ CONNECTOR IN THE FULLY ENGAGED POSITION. THE SPRING LATCHES PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE CONNECTOR, AND THUS THE RISK OF ARCING, WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE UNIT.
(a) Safety the electrical connector (10) with the spring latches (11).
(9) Install the connected electrical connector (10) on the handset cradle mounting (1).

Install a new cable tie (9).

Install the cable (8) in its clips on the handset cradle mounting (1).

Install the handset cradle cover (4) with the washers (5) and the screws (6) on the handset cradle mounting (1).
(13)
Install the handset (7) on the handset cradle cover (4).
(14)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
