1 : APU is faulty : instructor authorizes for aircraft dispatch.
5, 12 : "On company request, return to departure".
6, 13 : NPA from database (VOR approach).
Instructor should advise crew that radar has failed requiring a procedural approach.
Managed or selected at trainees discretion.
7, 14 : At 300 ft, fail all RWY lights (airport select page).
9, 16 : Fail auto pilot prior to starting the approach.
18, 20,
23, 25 : For windshear after VR, use the following parameters :

22 : Resume climb to FL 150 - 250 kt with speed selected.
Select high rate of climb (+ 6000 ft/mn) and observe reversion to OP CLB mode.
Select high rate of descent (- 6000 ft/mn) and observe reversion to OP DES mode.
Level off and decelerate to green dot speed. Select F1 and S-speed.
Select higher altitude and engage OP CLB. Do not follow FD bars and maintain level.
Observe reversion mode to SPEED - V/S mode in order to obtain target speed or VLS
whichever is greater.
Level off and accelerate to S-speed.
Select lower altitude and engage OP DES. Do not follow FD bars and maintain level.
Observe reversion mode to SPEED - V/S mode in order to obtain target speed or
VMAX whichever is lower.
Explain but do not demonstrate : the same reversions apply to VMO/MMO and VLS.
