19) Adjust the tension of the cable assembly — refer to Page 501.
20) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
21) Close "AP CMPTR" and "AP SERVOS" circuit breakers.
22) Perform the tests specified in HONEYWELL Installation and Maintenance Manual, P/N 006-00776-0000 Paragraph 6 section "KFC 225 Maintenance Matrix".

ADJUSTMENT/TEST
1. CABLE TENSION ADJUSTMENT (Figure 501)
A. Tool and consumable materials
- Tensiometer P/N ZO0.N6068707229
- Stainless steel lockwire dia. 0.031 in (0.8 mm)
- Immobilization tool P/N T700A2799000009
B. Procedure
1) Make sure that the main switch-breaker is open.
2) Install the warning sign prohibiting main switch-breaker operation.
WARNING
DO NOT OPERATE
MAINTENANCE WORK IN PROGRESS
3) Open "AP CMPTR" and "AP SERVOS" circuit breakers located on the circuit breaker panel.
4) Open baggage compartment door 219 and remove compartment bottom door 242.
5) Cut if necessary the lockwire of the turnbuckle barrel (1).
6) Set the trim tab control to neutral position.
