H. Removal of A82 flight computer (Figure 204)
1) Make sure the switch—breaker of the main switch is open.
2) Make sure the autopilot main switch is set to "OFF".
Aircraft equipped with KAP 150 / KFC 150 flight computer
3) Remove inspection door 211 L.
4) Follow the routing of the flexible hose of flight computer (3) connected to the static system (5) of the
aircraft to identify union (6). Cut off the securing tie—wraps.
5) Using a wrench, hold union (6) and unscrew nut (2).
6) Blank off union (6) and nut (2).

7) Insert a 3/32—in. Allen key into orifice (4) located on the front face of flight computer (3).
8) Fully unscrew the locking system. Do not force.
9) Remove flight computer (3).
I. Installation of A82 flight computer (Figure 204)
1) Make sure the switch—breaker of the main switch is open.
2) Make sure the autopilot main switch is set to "OFF".
3) Check the pins of the connectors secured at the bottom of the flight computer rack (1).
4) Position the flight computer into rack (1).
NOTE : If installed, check the condition of the static pressure flexible hose located at the rear
of the flight computer.
5) Insert a 3/32—in. Allen key into orifice (4). Screw the locking system. Aircraft equipped with KAP 150 / KFC 150 flight computer
6) Remove blanking caps and plugs. Screw nut (2) to union (6).
7) Secure the static pressure flexible hose with tie—wraps.
8) Perform a static system tightness check — refer to 34-10-00.
9) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
10) Install inspection door 211 L.

11) If the flight computer has been replaced, perform a test flight.
