B. Procedure
1) Make sure that the main switch-breaker is open.
2) Open "AP CMPTR" and "AP SERVOS" circuit breakers located on the circuit breaker panel.
3) Install the controls immobilization tool on the pilot's control wheel.
4) Remove the cowling under hull 218F.
5) Disconnect the connector (13). Cut the tie-wraps that attach the cable.
6) Hold B36 roll servo actuator (12), remove bolts (2) and washers (1).
7) Disengage B36 roll servo actuator (12) to the rear to remove it. Put a blanking plug on the connector.
8) If B36 roll servo actuator (12) must be replaced, remove and retain screws (15), discard captive nuts (14).
2. INSTALLATION OF B36 ROLL SERVO ACTUATOR (Figure 401)
WARNING : SERVO ACTUATORS OF DIFFERENT CHAINS ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE, CHECK PART NUMBER BEFORE INSTALLATION.

B. Procedure
CAUTION MAKE SURE THAT THE PART NUMBER OF THE REPLACEMENT SERVO ACTUATOR
IS IDENTICAL TO THAT OF THE REMOVED SERVO ACTUATOR.
1) If B36 roll servo actuator (12) is replaced, install new captive nuts (14) and secure them with screws (15). NOTE : Apply a thin layer of Loctite (TB 08-013C) on the screw threads during installation.
2) Install B36 roll servo actuator (12) and secure it with bolts (2) and washers (1).
3) Remove the blanking plug from the connector of B36 roll servo actuator.
4) Connect connector (13), secure the cable with tie-wraps.
5) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
6) Install the cowling under hull 218F.
7) Remove the controls immobilization tool from pilot's control wheel.
8) Close "AP CMPTR" and "AP SERVOS" circuit breakers.
9) Refer to HONEYWELL Installation and Maintenance Manual, P/N 006-00776-0000 at Amendment D
or above. Perform the tests specified in Paragraph 6 section "KFC 225 MAINTENANCE MATRIX".
3. REMOVAL OF THE MOUNTING PLATE (Figure 401)

B. Procedure
1) Remove B36 roll servo actuator (12) — refer to Paragraph 1.
2) Remove screw (5), washer (6) and guard (7).
3) Remove and discard locking pins (17).
4) Loosen turnbuckle barrel (19) to disconnect cable assembly (16). Retain the turnbuckle barrel.
5) Release the cable from drive capstan (8), wind it up and attach it if necessary to avoid damage.
6) Remove and discard nuts (11), retain washers (10), bolts (4), remove mounting plate (9).
4. INSTALLATION OF THE MOUNTING PLATE (Figure 401)
WARNING : PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF A NEW MOUNTING PLATE, CHECK THE CLUTCH FRICTION TORQUE — REFER TO 22-12-00.
