12) Remove the servo—actuator. Blank off the electrical connector.
13) Secure support ring (1) with screws (12) and cable guard (13) with screws (14).

G. Installation of B36 roll servo—actuator (Figure 203)
1) Make sure the controls immobilization tool is installed on the pilot control wheel.
2) Make sure the switch—breaker of the main switch is open.
3) Make sure the autopilot main switch is set to "OFF".
4) Remove screws (14) and cable guard (13).
5) Remove screws (12) and support ring (1).
6) Clean and moderately coat the threads of servo—actuator securing bolts (11) with Loctite (TB 08-013C).
7) Position the servo—actuator on support (8) and secure it with bolts (11) and washers (10). NOTE : Install the washers in the position marked upon removal.
8) Remove the blanking cap and connect the connector. Secure the electrical wiring and the connector with tie—wraps.
9) Position and secure support ring (1) with screws (12).
10) Screw turnbuckle barrel (7) onto threaded end (6) to ensure grip over two threads.
11) Position drive capstan (9) with the housing of peg (15) directed upwards.
12) Wind the cable onto drive capstan (9) — see detail A.
13) Connect threaded end (4) to turnbuckle barrel (7) while ensuring the same thread grip for both threaded ends (4) and (6). Slightly tension the cable.
14) Position and secure cable guard (13) with screws (14).
15) Remove the controls immobilization tool from the pilot control wheel.
16) Set the ailerons control to neutral position.
17) Using the tensiometer, check the cable tension which must be equal to 20 ± 5 lbs (88.9 ± 22.2 N).
NOTE : Check the tension of the cable between the drive capstan and the aileron tube on the aircraft symmetry axis side.
18) If the cable tension is incorrect, perform the following operations
a) Screw in or out turnbuckle barrel (7) to modify the tension of the cable.
b) Set the ailerons control successively to full left, full right and then to neutral position.
c) Check the tension of the cable and repeat steps a) thru c) until you obtain the correct tension.
19) Install two new locking clips (5) on the turnbuckle barrel.
20) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
