21) Position and secure guard (13) with screw (14).
22) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
23) Install door 242 and close door 219.
24) Make sure all the tools and materials are removed and the work area is clean and free from debris.
25) Install fuselage rear cone 222.
26) Remove the controls immobilization tool from the pilot control wheel.
D. Removal of B35 pitch servo—actuator (Figure 202)
1) Make sure the switch—breaker of the main switch is open.
2) Make sure the autopilot main switch is set to "OFF".
3) Install the controls immobilization tool on the pilot control wheel.
4) Post up a sign prohibiting operation of the control wheel.
5) Open baggage compartment door 219 and remove compartment bottom door 242.
6) Unlock and remove screws (3) and cable guards (4).
7) Remove and discard the two locking clips (9).
8) Unscrew turnbuckle barrel (8) to disconnect threaded end (7). Retain the turnbuckle barrel.
9) Clear the cable from drive capstan (5) wind the cable around itself and, if necessary, attach it to protect it against damage.
10) Cut off and discard the tie—wraps securing the wiring and disconnect the connector of the servo—actuator.
11) Hold the servo—actuator and remove the three bolts (1) and the three washers (2).
12) Remove the servo—actuator. Blank off the electrical connector.
13) Install cable guards (4) and screws (3).
E. Installation of B35 pitch servo—actuator (Figure 202)
1) Make sure the controls immobilization tool is installed on the pilot control wheel.
2) Make sure the sign prohibiting operation of the control wheel is posted up.
3) Make sure the switch—breaker of the main switch is open.
4) Make sure the autopilot main switch is set to "OFF".
5) Remove screws (3) and cable guards (4).
6) Clean and moderately coat the threads of bolts (1) with Loctite (TB 08-013C).
7) Position the servo—actuator on support (6) and secure it with bolts (1) and washers (2).
