(9) S 714-021Put the cargo loader control switch in the LOAD position. (a) Make sure the modules move forward.

(a) Make sure the modules move aft to the cargo door.

1. General
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task gives the instructions to remove the drive screw. The second task gives the instructions to install the drive screw.

(1) Open this circuit breaker on the APU external power panel, P34, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) 34B16, AFT CARGO LOADER DRIVE

Remove electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).

Open the access door (4) on module 2 (8).

(4)
Remove the ball lockpins (7) that hold module 2 (8) to the drive screw (3).

Manually move the modules fully aft in the compartment (to the door).

Remove the rotary actuator (6) (Ref 25-51-21).

Remove the bearing block (5) from the forward end of the drive screw (3).

Separate module 2 (8) from module 1 (1) (Ref 25-51-25).
