 FORWARD CARGO LOADER ROLLERS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains two tasks. Ths first task is the removal of the rollers for the forward cargo loader. Ths second task is the installation of the rollers for the forward cargo loader.

 C.  Procedure - Remove the Upper Rollers
 S 864-001
 (1)  Open this circuit breaker on the APU/External Power panel, P34, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
 (a)  34B14, FWD CARGO LOADER DRIVE

 (2)  
To remove the aft upper rollers from module 3, open the access door on the aft bulkhead of module 3.

 S 014-004

 (3)  
To remove the forward upper rollers from module 3,
 get access from in the module.

 S 034-005

 (4)  
To remove the aft upper rollers from module 2,
 remove module 3 (Ref 25-51-05).

 S 014-006

 (5)  
To remove the forward upper rollers from module 2,
 get access from in the module.

 NOTE: Removal of the other modules is not necessary.
