5. Repairs for the Neoprene-coated Fabric Liners_____________________________________________
A. General
(1)
The task that follows is for the repair of neoprene-coated liners.
(2)
There are two repair alternatives. It is only necessary to do one of the repairs that follow:
(a)
Repair the neoprene-coated liners with mechanical fasteners.
(b)
Repair the neoprene-coated liner with fiberglass thread.
(3)
Liners designed for blow out if decompression occurs are not repaira ble and should be replaced.
