Replace the permacel tape on support structure where the tape has damage.

Put the floor panel in position on the support structure (Fig. 401) forward, (Fig. 402) aft.

Install the screws wet with sealant.

AIRPLANES WITH THE CARGO LOADER SYSTEM;
Do these steps:
(a)
Install the drive screw pan: 1) Apply a faying surface seal between the pan and floor panel
with sealant. 2) Install the screws at the periphery of the pan.
(b)
Install the cargo-loader roller tracks (Ref 25-51-24/401).
(c)
Install the drive screw (Ref 25-51-22/401).
(d)
Install the telescoping baggage modules (Ref 25-51-25/401).

A. This procedure contains two tasks. Ths first task is the removal of the insulation from the cargo compartments. The second task is the installation of the insulation in the cargo compartments.

Remove the floor panels (Ref 25-50-04).

Remove the sidewall lining (Ref 25-50-02).

Remove the bulkhead lining to get access to the insulation (Ref 25-50-03).

Put a tag on the blankets and capstrips to help you install them in the correct position.
(5)
Remove the disks from the stud fasteners.
(6)
Pull the blanket from the velcro tape at the edges.
(7)
Remove the insulation blanket and the capstrip.
