Make sure the set screw points up and the load arm points aft (View A-A).

Make sure the drive screw shaft extends out from the motor mount the distance shown (View A-A).

Put the drive motor (4) on the drive screw shaft. Make sure the splines on the drive screw shaft are aligned with the splines in the drive motor (4).

Turn the drive motor (4) until the bolt holes are aligned. Install the bolts (1), washers (2), and nuts (3).

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is the removal of the drive screw. The second task is the installation of the drive screw.

(1) Open this circuit breaker on the APU/External Power panel, P34, and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) 34B14, FWD CARGO LOADER DRIVE

Open the access door on the aft bulkhead of module 3.

Remove the ball lock pins (8) that hold module 3 to the drive screw (4).
(4)
Manually move the modules fully forward in the compartment.
(5)
Remove the power drive unit (rotary actuator)(Ref 25-51-01).

Remove the bearing block (5) from the aft end of the drive screw (4).
(7)
Disconnect and move module 2 away from module 1 (Ref 25-51-05).
(8)
Move module 2 in the aft direction.
