A. Pressurization of the Blue Hydraulic System with a Hydraulic Ground Power Supply
(1) Start the hydraulic ground power supply and pressurize the Blue hydraulic system to 3000 psi (206 bar).
(2) Refer to the ECAM indication of the BLUE system pressure and make sure it shows 3000 psi.

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
R (1) Stop the hydraulic ground power-supply.
(2) Refer to the ECAM indication of the BLUE system pressure and make sure that it shows 0 psi.
(3) Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(4) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).
(5) Disconnect the suction and delivery lines from the aircraft connectors.
R R R (6) Make sure that the fluid level in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
R R (7) If necessary, pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(3)
On the ECAM control panel on the center pedestal, push the HYD pushbutton switch (P/BSW). Make sure that the lower (system) display shows the HYD page.
(4)
Make sure that the ECAM does not show any of these warnings:
-
low air pressure in the Blue reservoir,
-
low fluid level in the Blue reservoir.
(5)
If necessary, pressurize the reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(6)
If necessary, add fluid to the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).

(1)
On section 40VU of the overhead panel, make sure that the BLUE ELEC PUMP pushbutton switch is set to ON (OFF and FAULT legends are out).
