If the leakage rate is more than 30 drops per minute, replace the yaw damper servo-actuator(s) immediately (Ref. TASK 27-26-51-000-001) and (Ref. TASK 27-26-51-400-001).
NOTE : 5. A leak rate of 10 drops per minute is permitted, if the
____ temperature is lower than -40 deg.C (-40.00 deg.F).
(3) System leak rate limits
(a)
The total leak rate of the Green system must not be more than 50 drops/min.
(b)
The total leak rate of the Yellow system must not be more than 50 drops/min.
(c)
The total leak rate of the Blue system must not be more than 50 drops/min.
(d)
If the temperature at the next airport is lower than -20 deg.C (-
4.00 deg.F) fill the applicable reservoir to the maximum level shown on the reservoir:
-14.5 l (3.8304 USgal) for the Green system
-12.5 l (3.3021 USgal) for the Yellow system
-6.5 l (1.7171 USgal) for the Blue system.
(e)
If the total leak rate of a hydraulic system is more than the system leak rate, aircraft dispatch is permitted if:
1_ The reservoir of the applicable system is full:
- 14.5 l (3.8304 USgal) for the Green system
- 12.5 l (3.3021 USgal) for the Yellow system
- 6.5 l (1.7171 USgal) for the Blue system.
2_ The total leak rate for the applicable system is not more than
the dispatch limits given below:
- for the Green system, the total leak rate must not be more
than 100 drops/min.
- for the Yellow system, the total leak rate must not be more
than 100 drops/min.

-for the Blue system, the total leak rate must not be more than 100 drops/min.
(f)
Make sure that the drops of the hydraulic fluid do not fall on electrical equipment.
(g)
If an aircraft has component leaks or system leaks which are more than the normal operation limit or system leak rate limit, aircraft dispatch is permitted if:
-component leak rate is lower than the dispatch limit
- one hydraulic system only has component leaks more than the maximum limit
-for one system, the quantity of the leaks is less than the dispatch limit authorized for the system
-the hydraulic reservoirs are full
-you do the above checks again, before each flight.

C. Depressurize the Hydraulic System
(1)
Depressurize the necessary hydraulic system(s):
-
for the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-001)
-
for the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-002)
-
for the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-003).
(2)
If the quantity of the leak from a component is more than the limits, repair or replace the component as necessary.
5. Close-up
