different local values are acceptable?

The Plenary 7 minutes were approved without modification.
11. Work so far and Planning
Paul Mettus presented the status of the work so far. The presentation slides are at SC214-78 Work So
Far.ppt.
Decision [DP8-5]: It was agreed to progress the work on Environment A and Environment B in
separate docs based on different maturity level of material available at this meeting. Both document
SPR 0.F version A and SPR version 0.F version B will be distributed on 13 November per agreed
planning.
