The only exception to this rule would be a Supplier Non-conformance Notification (SNN) which has been dispositioned
and approved by Liaison engineering. If a supplier deviates from current engineering drawings for
any reason, they can be held accountable for all cost of rework or repair. If there is an issue at the installation
level, Spirit will be responsible to correct the problem and revise the drawings or processes as required. Until
a revised and released drawing or an SNN has been released, the part/assembly must be manufactured per
the latest released engineering. For questions or issues please contact your Spirit Procurement Agent.
