12.3.4.9 TO CROSS A RUNWAY *a) REQUEST CROSS RUNWAY (number);
Note.— If the control tower is unable to see the crossing
aircraft (e.g. night, low visibility, etc.), the instruction should
always be accompanied by a request to report when the aircraft
has vacated and is clear of the runway.
