4) Select Flap detent 1. 5) Verify airplane is in GROUND mode.  Landing gear not tilted, air/ground switches not slugged. a) Set the Speed Brake Handle in the Down and Locked Position b) Set the Thrust Lever to the IDLE position. 6) Input 220,000 lbs (99,790 kg) in the FMC. 
NOTE:
Values in (x) represent x1000kg. Typed values below are arbitrary, but will work for all aircraft. Any summation of FUEL weight value from 0-123, with ZFW value from 100-220 to give 220 GR WT is acceptable] 
a. 
When the MENU page is displayed on either CDU, press LSK 1L (FMC) on that CDU.
b. 
PRESS, the INIT/REF button on CDU-1.

 PRESS, LSK 6L (INDEX) on CDU-1.
