Airplane weight (Design Weights) are shown in Figure 2-9. Refer to the document (Weight and Balance Manual) for your model during the recovery.

2-30-5 Calculating the REW (Recoverable Empty Weight), the NRW (Net Recoverable Weight) and the Center

of Gravity
1.  
The REW is the manufacturer’s empty weight plus the weight of various items of operational equipment that are an integral part of the airplane. To determine the REW and CG location (ARM) requires reference to the airplane Weight and Balance Manual and supplement thereof for the particular airplane being considered.
