Recovery kits are available from the airports and airlines listed in Figure 5-1, Figure 5-2, Figure 5-3 and Figure 5-4. The airlines are members of the International Airline Technical Pool (IATP). The recovery kits contain specialized equipment that can be airlifted to the site of an airplane recovery.

There are three main types of equipment and tools included in the recovery kits. The equipment and tools include pneumatic bags, recovery jacks, and slings for lifting and stabilizing the airplane. More equipment and tools may be available at each location, than is listed in the tables. Other locations may also have recovery equipment and tools.
