(a)
Apply grease to the pin, the washers, the nuts, and the antirotation bolt.
(b)
Install these parts to connect the upper side strut to the upper swivel.
(c)
Use the crowfoot wrench to tighten the nut to 70-90 pound-feet. Loosen to the nearest lock position to install the antirotation bolt (View B-B).

Install the thread protector.
(a)
Apply grease to the pin, the washers, the nuts, and the antirotation bolt.
(b)
Install these parts to connect the upper side strut, the downlock assembly, the spring retainer, and the lower side strut.
(c)
Tighten the nut to 70-90 pound-feet. Loosen to the nearest lock position to install the antirotation bolt (View A-A).
