GUN GUN GUN GUN GUN GUN S 014-116CAUTION: ON REMOVAL, KEEP THE SIDE STRUT IN ITS POSITION UNTIL THE MAIN_______LANDING GEAR IS ATTACHED TO THE DOLLEY. (5) Remove the truck positioner actuator (AMM 32-32-15/401). Replace the actuator with the shock strut positioner link. Use the instructions supplied with the tool.
(6) S 034-014Remove the nut (7) with the crowfoot wrench.
(7) S 034-005Install the thread protector and remove the pin (1) to disconnect the lower side strut from the lower swivel (View A-A).
(8) S 844-006Move the lower end of the side strut and attach it away from the shock strut.
(9) S 034-015Remove the nut (16) with the crowfoot wrench.
S 034-007 (10) Install the thread protector and remove the lower swivel (2) from the shock strut (View C-C). (a) Keep the lower swivel.

WARNING:_______ BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DISCONNECT THE ROD END OF THE RETRACT ACTUATOR FROM THE SHOCK STRUT. THE ACTUATOR IS HEAVY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(11) Remove the nut (11) with the crowfoot wrench.
S 034-009 (12) Install the thread protector and remove the pin (8) to disconnect the rod end of the retract actuator from the shock strut (View B-B).
S 014-087 (13) Lift the free end of the actuator above the shock strut.
S 034-011 (14) Attach the actuator to the structure.

Install the removal/installation equipment. Use the instructions supplied with the tool.

Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the connections on the top and bottom of the trunnion link.

Disconnect the electrical lines from the connection on the top and bottom of the trunnion link.
