(33) Do these steps to make sure the RAT turbine blades turn freely.
(a) Manually turn the RAT turbine blades to the fine-pitch position
and release.
(b) Manually do a check that the RAT turbine blades move fully back
to the coarse-pitch position . If the RAT turbine blades do
not return to the coarse-pitch position under the spring load,
manually rotate the RAT turbine blades back to the coarse-pitch
position .
NOTE:____ The RAT turbine blades must be in the coarse-pitch
position before you retract the RAT.
