Apply a layer of hydraulic lubricant or hydraulic fluid on the O-ring.
(2)
Install the O-ring on the temperature switch.

Install the temperature switch in the filter module and tighten the temperature switch as follows:
(a) Tighten the temperature switch to 75-100 pound inches.
(4)
Connect the electrical connector.

(5) S 864-014Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers on the overhead panel, P11: (a) 11K14, L ENG PUMP VLV DEPRESS or LEFT ENGINE PUMP DEPRESS (b) 11K23, R ENG PUMP VLV DEPRESS or R ENG PUMP DEPRESS
(6) S 864-015Pressurize the hydraulic system that contains the new EDP temperature switch (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(7) S 214-016Make sure there is no hydraulic leakage at the temperature switch.

CAUTION: QUICKLY CLEAN THE INSTALLATION AREA OF ALL HYDRAULIC

Clean all hydraulic fluid from the installation area (AMM 12-25-01/301).
