Apply a layer of hydraulic lubricant or hydraulic fluid on a new o-ring (2).

Install the new O-ring (2) on the fluid quantity transmitter (1).

Clean the mounting flange.

Put the fluid quantity transmitter (1) in the reservoir.

Install the bolts (3) and washers (4) to attach the fluid quantity transmitter to the reservoir and tighten the bolts as follows:
(a) Tighten the bolts to 25-30 pound-inches.
(6)
Install a lockwire on the bolts (3).
