Install the Clutch Assembly (02-190) in the Equipped Case (02-340) (Ref. to Fig. 7007).

Apply grease (M26C) AEROSHELL 7 to the Shaft Assembly (02-280).
(j)
Install the Shaft Assembly (02-280) in the Equipped Case (02-340).
(k)
Apply grease (M26C) AEROSHELL 7 to the Gear Assembly (02-160), if applicable to the Gear Assemblies (02-170) and (02-180).

Install the Gear Assembly (02-160), if applicable the Gear Assemblies (02-170) and (02-180).

(11) Installation of the Wiring Assembly (01-300)
CAUTION: FOR VERSIONS ABC, BEFORE TO INSTALL THE COVER ASSEMBLY (01-190), YOU MUST NOT INSTALL THE SCREWS THAT SECURE THE MOTOR TO THE ACTUATOR TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE MOTOR TO DO NOT DAMAGE THE MOTOR WIRE.
(a)
Lightly apply sealing compound (M42B) LOCTITE 574 INSTAJOINT to the seal housing between the Motor (03-610) and the Plate Assembly (01-190).
(b)
Set the O-ring (01-390) to the Plate Assembly (01-290).
(c)
Set the Wiring Assembly (01-300) to the Plate Assembly (01-290).
NOTE: For versions ABC, do not set the motor to the plate to be able to move the motor to do not damage the motor wire (refer to Subtask 21-53-12-420-002-A01).
(d)
For versions DE, install the Washers (01-380) and the Screws (01-360), (01-370) with locking compound (M14A) LOCTITE 222.
NOTE: For versions ABC, do not install the Washers (01-350) and the Screws (01-330), (01-350) (refer to Subtask 21-53-12-420-002-A01).
(e)
Install the Washers (01-320) and the Screws (01-310) with locking compound (M14A) LOCTITE 222.
(f)
Do the adjustment of the potentiometer (refer to Subtask 21-53-12-820-003-A01).

For Version ABC: 1 Set manually the ball-screw to the Mechanical Stop Extended Position, mechanical
stops in contact. 2 Set the potentiometer to read a ratio AB/AC = 0.9273 + 0/- 0.0080. 3 Carefully tighten and lock the Screws (03-580).
(b)
For Version DE: 1 Set manually the ball-screw to the Mechanical Stop Retracted Position, mechanical
stops in contact.
