4  At the same time, start a chronometer
and set the actuator to the

(door flight closed).

4  At the same time, start a chronometer and set the actuator to the ELECTRICAL EXTENDED position (door flight closed) (Ref. to Fig. 1002).
5  After the actuator stops to the ELECTRICAL EXTENDED position (door flight closed), immediately stop the chronometer and record the time.
6  Remove the 1800 N (404.64 lbf) load.
(b) For versions DE Make sure that the travel time from the ELECTRICAL RETRACTED position (door flight opened) to the ELECTRICAL EXTENDED position (door flight closed) is no more than 10 s.
Record the maximum load travel time.
Make sure that the maximum RMS current intensity is no more than 2.3 A.
Record the current intensity.

(a) For versions ABCDE Make sure that the travel time from the ELECTRICAL RETRACTED position (door flight closed) to the ELECTRICAL EXTENDED position (door flight opened) is no more than 32 s.
Record the maximum load travel time.
Make sure that the maximum RMS current intensity is no more than 0.45 A.
Record the current intensity.

1 Set the Electrical Test Set-Up to drive the motor with 115 VAC, 400 Hz (SW2 to fast) (Ref. to Fig. 1001). 2 If necessary, set the actuator to the ELECTRICAL RETRACTED position (Ref. to Fig. 1002) (Ref. to Fig. 1003). 3 Apply a 2500 N (562 lbf) load to the rod-end of the ball-screw. 4 Remove the 2500 N (562 lbf) load. The brake is activated (no 28 VDC at pin U). After 20 s, make sure that you see an axial ball-screw displacement no more than 2 mm (0.0787 in).
