BEFORE DISASSEMBLY. 
CAUTION:  WHEN DESOLDERING, CONFINE THE HEAT, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, TO A LIMITED AREA AT ONE TIME. USE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SOLDERING IRONS AND HEAT SHUNTS TO PROTECT THE COMPONENTS FROM THE EFFECTS OF HEAT. 
CAUTION:  ALL SEALS AND GASKETS SHALL BE SYSTEMATICALLY DISCARDED ON DISASSEMBLY. WASHERS, NUTS AND SCREWS SHALL BE DISCARDED ON 

DISASSEMBLY IF DAMAGED. NOTE: THE NUMBERS IN PARENTHESIS AFTER THE COMPONENT DESCRIPTION ARE THE FIGURE AND THE ITEM NUMBERS OF THE IPL (refer to Page Block 10001). Subtask 21-53-12-020-001-A01
(1) Removal of the Cover Assembly (01-190)
CAUTION: FOR VERSIONS ABC, BEFORE TO REMOVE THE COVER ASSEMBLY (01-190), YOU MUST BEFORE REMOVE THE SCREWS THAT SECURE THE MOTOR TO THE ACTUATOR AND MOVE THE MOTOR TO DO NOT DAMAGE THE MOTOR WIRE.
(a)
For versions ABC only, move the motor to do not damage the motor wire: 1 Remove the lockwires from the Screws (01-330). 2 Remove the Screws (01-330), (01-340) and the Washers (01-350).

(b)
Remove the lockwires from the Screws (01-100), (01-140), (01-210).

(c)
Remove the Screws (01-120), (01-140) and the Washers (01-160).

(d)
Remove the Screws (01-090), (01-100), the Washers (01-110) and the Lug (01-180).

(e)
Remove the Screws (01-090), the Washers (01-110) and the upper Support (01-080).

(f)  
Carefully move the Connector (03-010) and the lower Support (01-080).

(g)
Remove the Screw (01-130), the Washer (01-150) and the Nut (01-170).

(h)
Remove the Screws (01-200), (01-210) and the Washers (01-220).

(i)  
Carefully move the Cover (01-270) and carefully move the Connector (03-010) in the hole of the Cover.
