(1) External Cleaning of the unit
(a)
Clean all the metal parts using the specified cleanser, 95° Ethyl Alcohol cleaning fluid and a lint-free cloth.
(b)
To clean the attaching parts, put them into a solvent solution and dry them with low-pressure air jet (Dry compressed air supply source).
(c)
Loosen dust and unwanted material from the electrical parts and mating surfaces using cleanser and a soft brush (natural bristle). Dry the electrical parts using a clean low pressure air jet (Dry compressed air supply source) or a clean and soft lint-free cloth.

(2) Internal cleaning of the unit
(a)
Mechanical component cleaning 1 If necessary, clean the surface of parts to which Mastinox has been applied with Turco Air Tech Cleaning product or equivalent. 2 Clean all the other metal parts using the specified cleanser, 95° Ethyl Alcohol cleaning
fluid and a lint-free cloth. 3 Dry parts with low-pressure air jet (Dry compressed air supply source).

Electrical parts cleaning 1 Use a soft brush (natural bristle) and a clean dry low pressure air jet (Dry compressed
air supply source) to remove dust from each electrical part.

Take care not to damage the protective coating.

Clean each part with a lint free cotton cloth.

Remove all preservation material and make sure that the new component is fully clean and dry.
