2.21 Minimum fIight altitudes
Minimum tlight altitudes shall be detcrmined and promulgated
by each Contracting State for each ATS route and conlrol area
over its territory. The minimum flight altitudes determined
shall provide a minimum clearance above Lhe controlling
obstacle located within the areas concemetl.

Note I.- The terms "srruyed aircraft" and "rinidentified

Strayed aircraft. An aircraft whiclt has deviated significantly

Unidentified aircraft. An aircraft which has been observed
