Install the brake temperature monitor unit in the E6 rack
(AMM 20-10-01/401).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close this circuit breaker on the P11 panel:

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Do a test of the brake temperature monitor unit (AMM 32-46-00/501).
(5)
Close the aft cargo door, 822.
(6)
Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

BRAKE TEMPERATURE SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task removes the brake temperature sensor. The second task installs the brake temperature sensor.

Make sure that the landing gear downlocks are installed (AMM 32-00-20/201).

Open this circuit breaker on the overhead circuit breaker panel P11 and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:

Disconnect the electrical connector from the temperature sensor (Detail A).

Remove the pin that attaches the brake rod to the brake assembly (AMM 32-41-10/401).

Rotate the brake assembly approximately 45 degrees in the direction away from the brake rod to get access to the sensor attachment screws.
(6)
Remove the two screws and remove the sensor from the brake.
