1-440.2   Provide company personnel and equipment to perform reciprocal auxiliary services as may be required by the Authority or other responsible agencies during major emergencies such as aircraft crashes and wreckage removal.

EMERGENCY  RESPONSE MANUAL
   1-440.3   Furnish to the Authority, for inclusion in the Center's Emergency Telephone Directory, a minimum of three names and telephone numbers of company personnel who should be notified of any emergency that involves the company. It shall be the tenant's responsibility to keep these names and numbers up to date.  Center shall notify only one person from company; further dissemination of emergency information is company responsibility. 
   1-440.4   Furnish to the Authority an up-to-date Resource Inventory for Aircraft Emergencies for inclusion in this Emergency Response Manual.
   1-440.5  Maintain control of company personnel to insure that no one not directly involved with that emergency gains access to the scene of the emergency and maintain security to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the scene. 
   1-440.6   Notify the Federal Aviation Administration, in accordance with applicable Federal Air Regulations, when their aircraft are involved in an accident and when fatalities occur. 
  1-440.7   When approved by NTSB, FAA, and the Senior Director of Operations & Public Safety, remove disabled or crashed aircraft from runways, taxiways, etc.
1-440.8   Develop a plan for the notification and evacuation of their employees and patrons from their exclusive lease areas.
   1-440.9   Secure their lease area from possible damage from natural disaster, high wind, or flooding during severe weather.
1-440.10  Designate separate areas of control points where investigative authorities report, and where relatives can obtain names of casualties or fatalities and other information.
1-440.11  The owner/operator of an aircraft involved in an Alert 3 accident may, at its discretion, initiate calls for clergy to respond to the Airport.  All members of the clergy responding to such incident should be advised to assemble at Gate P-ll (shown on Annex B).

1-450 U.S. GOVERNMENT   1-450.1  FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION    1-450.11 TPA CONTROL TOWER 1-450.111  The Control Tower will activate via the Net Line specific sections of this Airport Emergency Plan when a potential or actual emergency exists. 1-450.112  Tower personnel will provide the following information as applicable and available.

 Aircraft location

Estimated time of arrival and landing runway

Souls on board, if known

 Fuel on board, if known


8. Other information as appropriate 1-450.113  Maintain the emergency Net Line. 1-450.114 Emergency situations that involve aircraft/airfield will be
categorized into an "ALERT" designation.       ALERT 1 - Standby Response     ARFF crews take stand by positions in station ready for
immediate dispatch.       ALERT 2 - Airfield Response ARFF crews will dispatch to pre-determined positions on the
airfield.

    ALERT 3 - Accident Response
ARFF crews will respond to the scene of the emergency to commence fire fighting and/or rescue operations.
1-450.115   After initial notification via the Net Line, Tower personnel on the Ground Control frequency will update Tampa ARFF Command of conditions as they develop, including but not limited to when emergency aircraft is next to land.
