    2-320.34 AIRLINE OR AIRCRAFT OWNER
When notified that his aircraft has been involved in a taxiing accident, the owner shall respond with personnel and necessary support equipment to assist the aircraft.  All access to the movement areas shall be under radio escort by the Airport Police.
If required, provide immediately to the Incident Commander of TFR emergency units at the accident, appropriate personnel and equipment for removing passengers and crew from the company aircraft.
When released by the TFR Incident Commander, coordinate with the "Mobile Command Post" for transportation from the ` accident site to the owner's facility of passengers and crew of the aircraft involved.
Notify the U.S. Postal Service facility at TPA, if U.S. Mail is aboard the aircraft.

Designate an area where investigative authorities can meet with personnel involved in the taxiing accident, if required. 
Provide necessary recovery equipment to remove the aircraft when authorized to do so.

2-330 AIRCRAFT CRASH OR FIRE ON AIRPORT
An Alert 3 aircraft emergency is in effect when an aircraft has crashed within the boundaries of the Airport or immediately adjacent to the Airport, or is involved in a collision while taxiing, or parked and the aircraft is endangered by fire or explosion or requires a medical response.  An Alert 3 emergency will cause the following actions to be immediately taken: 
   2-330.1 TPA CONTROL TOWER
 2-330.11  The Tower will immediately dispatch TPA ARFF stations emergency equipment and personnel to the scene of the accident and notify the Net Line participants giving all known particulars as to accident location, aircraft type/identification, amount of fuel and number of people on board if known, and any other information which would assist the ARFF personnel. 
    2-330.12  Clear all necessary emergency equipment to the scene of the emergency by the most expedient and direct route possible consistent with safety. 
    2-330.13  Notify the persons or agencies as required by regulations for reporting major aircraft accidents or when fatalities occur.
    2-330.14  Restrict aircraft AOA movements as appropriate and necessary. 
    2-330.15  Resume limited or normal Airport traffic flow in coordination with the Senior Director of Operations & Public Safety or his authorized representative.
   2-330.2 TAMPA FIRE RESCUE
2-330.21  TFR Dispatcher will inform the Incident Commander of the emergency equipment proceeding to the accident.
2-330.22  Immediately initiate fire fighting, crash and rescue operations upon arrival of TFR emergency equipment at the crash site. Every action will be taken to rescue affected passengers from the incident. Fire suppression will be implemented as required in conjunction with rescue operations.

 2-330.23  Alert and dispatch as required, additional TFR emergency units to the scene of the accident.  
2-330.24  Notify Hillsborough County Fire Rescue and the EOC of  the Alert 3 emergency and the location of the accident.  
2-330.25  Request other required emergency personnel and equipment.  
    2-330.26  Contact local hospitals and other medical services and advise them of requirements for their facilities (if any).  
    2-330.27  In the event of fatalities, the Incident Commander of TFR emergency units will secure temporary morgue facilities from the
