   2-350.5   LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
TPD, the Sheriff, the Highway Patrol, and other law enforcement agencies, when informed of an "In-Water" Alert 3 emergency by the TFR Dispatcher, will:
2-350.51  Within the limits of their authority, dispatch emergency units to the crash site to assume crowd and traffic control duties in the vicinity of the "on-site" fire department emergency units as required.
2-350.52  Provide police protection to the aircraft wreckage, mail, cargo, etc., at the request of the aircraft owner/operator until arrival of the National Transportation Safety Board, or their representatives, to investigate the accident and until such time company guard can be situated at the crash site after the NTSB investigation.
   2-350.6  HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY EMERGENCY  DISPATCH OPERATIONS
The Emergency Dispatch Operation Dispatcher, when informed of an Alert 3 emergency by the TFR Dispatcher, shall:
2-350.61  Dispatch Hillsborough County Fire Rescue units to the accident scene.  
2-350.62  Notify the Director of Emergency Operations Center who will activate the EOC for a major incident.

2-350.63  If there are 15 or more casualties, notify the American Red Cross and Hillsborough County Medical Director for Mass Casualty Planning who will implement the County-Wide Mass Casualty Plan to the extent practicable.  This will include providing on-site TRIAGE medical assistance resources for the care and treatment of casualties. 
   2-350.7  U.S. GOVERNMENT MILITARY AGENCIES
Major aircraft crashes or ditchings into the waters of (Hillsborough) Tampa Bay will require more  emergency crash and rescue equipment and experienced personnel than the Authority, the City of Tampa, or individual aircraft owner/operator can immediately provide.  
    2-350.71  U.S. COAST GUARD COMMAND AND CONTROL
The U. S. Coast Guard Group stationed at Albert Whitted Airport, St. Petersburg, Florida and the U. S. Coast Guard Air Station located at St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport, Clearwater, Florida shall:
-Dispatch search and rescue units to the accident site.

2-420 FIRE AND EXPLOSIONS - STRUCTURAL
The Emergency response associated with a possible structural fire and explosion is predicated upon the automatic alarm received, confirming information and location.
   2-420.1 RESPONSE TO AN AUTOMATIC FIRE  ALARM
NOTE: This section is supplemented by Annex L - 
Description of Terminal Complex Fire Alarm System.
    2-420.11 COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
2-420.111  The Communications Center Operator, when alerted by the Fire Alarm Computer of a possible fire and its location, shall acknowledge the alarm point within 15 seconds in order to initiate the alarm investigation phase.  If the alarm signal is not acknowledged within five minutes, the general alarm is automatically activated in accordance with the building evacuation plan.  The general alarm is defined as the activation of all visual and audible notification signals in accordance with the building evacuation plan. 
Upon receiving the alarm, the Operator will immediately notify the following and obtain acknowledgement of the information.
1) Airport Police
2) Maintenance 9 Duty Coordinator
3) Deputy Director of Operations/Airfield
4) Deputy Director of Operations/Security 
5) Assistant Director of Operations 
If the Alarm has shut down a Landside Building elevator core (Fireman's Return activated), that information is to be given
