2-310.2312 Provide radio escort for response organizations to and
from the emergency site on the airfield.
2-310.2313 Initiate additional crowd and traffic control procedures if required.
2-310.232 COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
When notified of an Alert status, the Center shall immediately notify the following, giving all known facts about the Alert status and subsequent status change.
-Assistant Director of Operations
-Airport Police
-Maintenance Department
-The Airline involved (if based at TPA) -Bureau of Customs (if foreign air carrier involved)
-Director of Operations

Deputy Director of Operations/Airfield -Senior Director of Operations & Public Safety

2-310.233 DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS or ADO
When notified by the Center that an Alert status is in effect, proceed to standby position on the airfield to establish a"Mobile Command Post" for the Authority. Inspect the entire area to insure all debris and foreign objects are removed after aircraft and vehicles are clear of the area.

The Senior Director of Operations & Public Safety shall maintain communications with the Center and DO or ADO for changes in aircraft emergency status.
2-310.235 MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
For Alert 2 status, the Maintenance Department shall:
2-310.2351 During Normal Duty Hours:
The Maintenance Office will notify the Airfield Maintenance and Central Maintenance supervisor or their representatives who will assume standby status and maintain radio or telephone contact with the Maintenance Office until the emergency is safely concluded.
2-310.2352 After Normal Duty Hours:
The Communications Center will notify the Maintenance Duty Coordinator and advise him of the emergency. The Maintenance Duty Coordinator will assume standby status and maintain radio or telephone contact with the Communications Center until the emergency is safely concluded.
2-310.24 AIRLINES
When notified by the Communications Center that their aircraft is in Alert 1 or Alert 2 status, the airline will evaluate the alert and notify the Airport Police if an escort of personnel and support equipment to the aircraft is required.
