2-340.213 Request police, medical service, ambulance, and wrecker in accordance with established procedures.
2-340.22 If an aircraft crashes or ditches into an area obviously outside the operating service limits of TFR, the areas fire and police department will be responsible for crash and rescue operations. TFR will standby to render assistance, if requested under mutual aid agreement.
2-340.3 COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
2-340.31 The Center, when informed of the "Off-Airport" Alert 3 aircraft emergency, shall immediately notify the following giving all known information of the accident:

2-340.32 All calls concerning information of the accident will be directed to the local aircraft owner/operator, or his authorized representative.
2-340.4 AIRCRAFT OWNER/OPERATOR
The local airline or aircraft owner/operator, or his authorized representative, when informed of the "Off-Airport" Alert 3 emergency shall:
2-340.41 Provide immediately company emergency personnel and equipment to aid the Incident Commander at the crash site in removing passengers from the aircraft.
2-340.42 Provide transportation from the crash site to a central collection point near the accident for "walk-away" passengers and crew of the crashed aircraft when released by emergency medical units at the accident.
2-340.421 Tracking of casualties transported to area hospitals would be best accomplished by providing a company representative at the county's Emergency Operations Center (EOC). It is activated if there are 15 or more casualties.
2-340.43 Notify the U.S. Postal Service facility at TPA if U.S. Mail is involved in the accident.
2-340.44 Designate a location for holding a news conference and where media personnel may meet and provide personnel to address the news conference.
2-340.45 Designate separate areas of control points where investigative authorities report, and where relatives and news media can obtain the names of survivors or fatalities and other information.
2-340.46 After the immediate rescue and fire fighting operations are complete and prior to the time the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) or its authorized representative takes custody of the aircraft wreckage, insure that the aircraft wreckage, mail, or cargo is not further disturbed or moved until released by an
