 (h)  
Attach the aft flange of the TVC air duct with the bolts. 1) Tighten the bolts with your hand.

 (i)  
Align the bolt holes of the bracket for the oil pressure tube with the bolt holes in the forward flange of the TVC air duct.

 (j)  
Put the support bracket in the location between the 11 and 1 o'clock position on the forward flange of the TVC air duct.

 (k)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the support bracket, the bracket for the oil pressure tube, and the forward flange of the TVC air duct, with engine oil.

 (l)  
Attach the support bracket, the bracket for the oil pressure tube, and the forward flange of the TVC air duct with the bolts. 1) Tighten the bolts with your hand.

 (m)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the clamp on the TVC air duct, with engine oil.

 (n)  
Install the clamp on the TVC air duct to the bracket on the diffuser case with the bolts and nuts. 1) Tighten the bolts to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7

 newton-meters).

 (o)  
Tighten the bolts, from one corner to the opposite corner, at the forward flange to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters). 1) Without loosening, tighten the bolts again until the


 necessary torque is kept.
 2)  ENGINES PRE-PW-SB 75-114; Safety the bolts with lockwire or safety cable and safety cable ferrule.
 (p)  Tighten the bolts, from one corner to the opposite corner, at the aft flange to 180-200 pound-inches (20.3-22.6 newton-meters). 1) Without loosening, tighten the bolts again until the
 necessary torque is kept.

2)  Safety the bolts with lockwire or safety cable and safety cable ferrule.
 (q)  
Tighten the clamp bolts, which attach the two oil pressure tubes, to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).

 (r)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the pneumatic line and the support brackets for the engine fire detector element, with engine oil.

 (s)  
Attach the pneumatic line and the support brackets to the support bracket on the forward flange of the TVC air duct with the bolts and washers or nuts. 1) Tighten the bolts or nuts.


 (t) Install the deoiler outlet tube with the steps that follow: 1) Remove the protection caps from the main gearbox and the deoiler outlet tube. 2) Lubricate the new packing for the deoiler outlet tube with engine oil. 3) Install the new packing to the groove on the forward flange of the deoiler outlet tube. 4) Install the forward end of the oil pressure tube to the main gearbox pad. 5) Align the main oil filter tube and the support bracket holes for the EEC alternator leads with the hole on the flange of the oil pressure tube. 6) Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the flange and the support brackets, with engine oil. 7) Attach the flange and the support brackets to the main gearbox with the bolts. 8) Tighten the bolts to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters). 9) Tighten the bolt, which attaches the tube clamp for the main oil filter to the support bracket, to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.6 newton-meters).
 10) Lubricate the threads of the bolt, which attaches the tube clamp at the flange M location, with engine oil. 11) Attach the tube clamp at the flange M location to the bracket with the bolt and nut. 12) Tighten the bolt to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.6 newton-meters). 13) Lubricate the threads of the bolt, which attaches the tube clamp at the flange N location, with engine oil. 14) Attach the tube clamp to the bracket on the flange N with the bolt and nut.

15) Tighten the bolt to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.6
 newton-meters).

 (u) Install the drain tube for the oil tank scupper with the steps that follow: 1) Put the drain tube on the HPT case. 2) Connect the tube nut on the drain tube to the elbow adapter on the oil tank scupper. 3) Lubricate the threads of the bolt, which attaches the tube clamp to the support bracket on flange N, with engine oil. 4) Attach the tube clamp for the drain tube to the support bracket on the flange N (found aft of the deoiler outlet tube) with the bolt, nut, and washer. 5) Lubricate the threads of the bolt, which attaches the tube clamp to the bracket on flange N, with engine oil. 6) Attach the tube clamp for the drain tube to the bracket on the flange N at 6:30 o'clock location with the bolt, nut, and washer.
