(1) Install the engine accelerometer.
(a)
Put the accelerometer on the mounting pad on the engine flange A, with the electrical connector pointed aft.
(b)
Install the three screws that attach the accelerometer to the mounting pad.

(c) (d) Tighten the screws.Install lockwire on the screws.
(2) S 434-010-N00Connect the electrical connector (DT677) to the accelerometer.
(3) S 414-011-N00Close the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-04/201).
(4) S 864-012-N00For the applicable engine, remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: (a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel 1) 6H26 ENG 1 & 2 VIB AMP 2) 6H27 ENG 3 & 4 VIB AMP
(5) S 714-013-N00Do the operational test for the AVM system (AMM 77-31-00/501).

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. One task is the removal of the airborne
vibration monitor (AVM) signal conditioner. The other task is the
installation of the AVM signal conditioner.
B. There are two AVM signal conditioners. One is on the E1-1 shelf and the
other is on the E2-1 shelf of the E/E rack. The AVM signal conditoners
are identified as follows:
