 B.  The EGT (TT4.95) thermocouple cable has a right and left half. The EGT (TT4.95) thermocouple cable connects the EGT thermocouple probes on the turbine exhaust case at the 1, 4, 7, and 10 o'clock positions to the terminal box on the turbine exhaust case at the 5 o'clock position.
 C.  You can get access to the EGT (TT4.95) thermocouple cable through the core cowl panels.
 D.  The electrical checks given in this procedure are only as good as the ohmmeter which is used. You must not use this ohmmeter to find the correct wire resistances of the thermocouple cable halves. But, you can use it to find failures such as open or intermittent circuits, and metal-to-metal short circuits.
